Abstract

A nematocidal composition comprises 4-chloropyridine-N-oxide <FORM:1081259/A5-A6/1> in admixture with a solid carrier or in admixture with a liquid carrier containing a surface active agent. A method of combating nematodes comprises applying the said composition or the compound alone to a nematode habitat, e.g. soil.
