As illustrated with reference to Fig. 3, a mouthpiece for a nursing bottle comprises an internal portion 5 and an external fixing flange 3, there being a hole 4 in the partition and an air pore 6 in the mouthpiece and opposite the partition, whereby in use with the pore being held in the upper position, there is afforded communication between the air in the mouthpiece and the atmospheric air. The use of such a mouthpiece affords an natural flow of milk irrespective of the amount in the bottle and avoids accidental spouting of milk if the mouthpiece is bitten.
