A pillow comprises a filling (11) of air permeable, foamed polyether formed on its major surfaces with an array of peaks and inter-communicating hollows which provide an air space between the filling (11) and an air permeable cover (10). The filling may comprise two pads (11a, 11b with peaks and hollows on one face and arranged back to back.
