The upper ends 8 of the corner posts of a trolley are bent inwardly and are secured to brackets 9 carrying bolts 28 forming pivots on which a suspended platform 16 is mounted. Links 34 connected to the platform are slotted at 39 so that the platform may be tilted and held in position by a screw clamping device 36.
