[Also in Division E1] A tank for receiving and delivering liquids has one or more compartments (12, 13, Fig. 1) with inlets and outlets having selectively operable valve combinations, the outlet terminating in a loading arm (18), a pump or pumps (17) for the liquid to and from the compartments which have a bottom drain (24), a top manhole (20) with combined vent and dip stick and a top platform (22) with access ladder.
