1,077,258. Furniture. SOCIETE CIVILE DE RECHERCHES ET D'ETUDES INDUSTRIELLES. March 25, 1966 [Oct. 13, 1965], No. 13175/66. Heading A4B. Furniture units are joined together by claws (5), on the bottom of one unit which can be passed through slots (9) in the top of another unit. The upper unit is then slid on the bottom unit so that the claws (5) are caught and at the end of this movement tongues (8) on the bottom of the upper unit engage in further slots (10) in the top of the bottom unit to prevent return movement. The claws (5) and slots (9) may be rectangular or trapezoidal.
