Portable buildings.- The building is made up of sections of the door, window, and plain wall type which can be slid into position between sole plates and roof plates, and locked thereto, to one another, and to removable corner posts, the Farts being bolted together when in position so that they may be readily detached and a door, window, or plain wall section substituted for one of another kind, or the parts folded together for transit. Fig. 4 shows base-plates a, c which are made in suitable lengths hinged together, a corner post m, and a wall section i, the parts being grooved as shown to receive locking strips e, k, bolts z being provided for locking the parts together. Grooved roof plates p, Fig. 6, similar to the plates c, and locking strips o are provided, the ends of the corner posts being suitably notched to receive the extremities of the plates c and roof plates, which at the angles of the building are respectively hinged together. The roof structure is carried by the plates p, asshown, and if of large span may be divided along the dotted line x-y, the parts being hinged together and secured by bolts at s.
