Abstract

1,062,059. Resistance heating coatings. ULTRA ELECTRONICS Ltd. June 30, 1965 [July 8, 1964], No. 28111/64. Heading H5H. [Also in Divisions G3 and H1] A heater resistance is carried on one side of a quartz-plate piezo-electric resonator and a temperature sensing resistance is carried on the other. The heating resistance may consist of a layer of tantalum deposited by evaporation or sputtering.
