Abstract
An anti-hypercholesterol composition for use as a dietary adjunct comprises a solution of at least 90% of an unsaturated vegetable oil, e.g. maize oil, and up to 10% of an edible phospatide, e.g. lecithin, which composition has been rendered anhydrous by heating under vacuum. Vitamins A and D, and flavourings may be included in the composition.
