Abstract
1,055,708. Hall effect device circuits. TESLA, NARODNI PODNIK. June 23, 1965 [June 30, 1964], No. 26559/65. Heading H3T. [Also in Division H1] The zero-voltage component of a Hall generator is compensated by connecting in shunt with the Hall voltage terminals a source of current sufficient to develop across the terminals a voltage equal and opposite to the zero component. Preferably the source comprises a voltage source in series with a resistor of higher value than the Hall generator to provide constant current. Compensation is effective over a wide range of temperatures.
