Abstract

In a process for separating C12+ straight-chain hydrocarbons by selective adsorption on a 5<\>rA molecular sieve, there is employed an A-type molecular sieve which has been base-exchanged from the sodium to the calcium form to a level of 80-100% of the theoretical maximum.
