Abstract

1,055,029. Wall linings. FORKIN BROS. Ltd. and M. FORKIN. April 17, 1964 [June 17, 1963], No. 16013/64. Heading E1W. Plaster boards 3 are fixed to and spaced from a wall by #-shaped strips 4 with fixing clips 7 having flanges gripping the flanges 6 of the strips, and tongues 9 gripping adjacent boards. A plaster coating may be applied over all, or C-sectioned cover strips may be dipped over the exposed tongues 9 (Fig. 5, not shown). The #-shaped strips may be extruded from aluminium or polyvinyl chloride.
