Abstract

105,045. Wallach, S. H. July 22, 1916, [Convention date]. H a n d bags; dressing- cases.-A travelling-bag or dressing-case comprises a shallow receptacle 10, Fig. 2. provided with flaps 22, 24, Figs. 1 and 2, adapted to cover one or more subdivided tapered trays 14, 18 arranged above the receptacle 10. The flaps 22 are secured together by a buckle 23, and the flaps 24, which mav be secured together by a lock 25, are provided with handle-pieces 26, 27, Figs. 1 and 4, adapted to inter-engage and form a single handle. Lateral movement of the trays 14, 18 may be prevented by pins engaging socket-pieces 32, Fig. 2. The tray 14 may have a collar receptacle provided with a fabric top and a draw-string. The flaps 24 may have short upstanding extensions 33, Fig. 1, or they may be arranged to be buttoned to the flaps 22.
