Abstract

The invention comprises the lithium salt of 2,4-dinitro-ortho-sec.-butyl-phenol.ALSO:Herbicidal compositions comprise as active ingredient the lithium salt of 2, 4-dinitro-ortho-sec-butyl-phenol and a carrier and may also include at least one other salt of the phenol such as the sodium, potassium, ammonium or an alkonal amine salt e.g. triethanolamine.
