Abstract
1,043,795. Inductors. M.E.L. EQUIPMENT CO. Ltd. Feb. 26, 1965, No. 8381/65. Heading HIT. A small inductor 1, 2 is held in aperture 4 of an insulating holder 3 by a thermoplastic sleeve 11 which is shrunk on by hot air, the whole being insulated by paper strip 12 and placed into copper screening can 13, the open end of which is then turned inwards. Holder 11 may have several apertures each carrying an electrical component or several holders may be inserted into the same screening can. The inductor may be connected to the screening can which may be earthed.
