[Also in Division H3] A magnetic core matrix comprises a foraminated plate 4 of non-magnetic ceramic material, wherein the inwardly directed surfaces of the holes 5 have films 6 of NiCo alloy chemically de- 'posited thereon so as to form closed magnetic surfaces. Conductors 7 thread the holes.
