Pendants. - The pendant-carrying support secured to the watch plate is made thicker than before, and the pendant is actually integral therewith, or is soldered, riveted, or screwed so as to be virtually integral. Figs. 3 and 4 show the support b secured to the pillar plate c on one side only, the pendant a being firmly screwed therein. Figs. 7 and 8 show the pendant integral with a block b let into a thick top plate d. Figs. 9 and 10 show the pendant screwed into a block which is secured to both plates. Figs. 11 and 12 show the support as a winged eye.
