Abstract

A urokinase preparation of high purity is obtained by subjecting a partially purified (e.g. by absorption and elution on a cation-exchange resin) aqueous solution of urokinase to gel-filtration on a cross-linked dextran gel.ALSO:A high purity urokinase is obtained by subjecting a partially purified (e.g. by absorption and elution on a cation-exchange resin) aqueous urokinase solution to gel-filtration on a cross-linked dextran gel.
