Abstract

The invention comprises p-amino-(N-ethyl-N - b - hydroxyethyl - m - toluidine) mono-and di-nitrates, which are prepared by adding nitric acid to an alcoholic solution of the base. The compounds are stable powders used in photographic developer compositions.
