Abstract

1,029,322. Electrically-heated containers. COMPAGNIE FRANCAISE THOMSONHOUSTON. Jan. 30, 1964 [Feb. 16, 1963], No. 4002/64. Heading H5H. [Also in Division G3] An enclosure for stabilizing the operating temperature of electronic circuit components such as transistors or diodes comprises a support part 1 carrying components 6, 7, 8, 9 to which part is fitted another part 2 having recesses 3 to receive the components, parts 1, 2 being covered by a heat insulating cap 11. A power transistor 5 provides heat for the enclosure whose temperature is automatically controlled by a balanced bridge circuit (not shown) including a thermistor 8. Conductors from the components pass through holes in the part 1 for connection to a printed circuit 12.
