Abstract

An injectable veterinary preparation for the provision of zinc and phosphorus comprises an aqueous solution containing phosphate ions (e.g. from alkali metal phosphates) and zinc in the form of a water-soluble zinc chelate compound e.g. zinc disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid.
