1,024,354. Sample book. BEWDLEY LEATHER & PLASTIC CO. Ltd. Nov. 4, 1964 [Nov. 7, 1963], No. 43953/63. Heading A4T. A binder for holding the edges of panels, e.g. carpet samples, comprises a channel member having a support secured to the channel base and engaging a releasable fastener extending between the channel walls. The fastener comprises a pin having a lateral peg in one wall and a tube with a longitudinal slot and lateral slots, the peg moving along the longitudinal and engaging a lateral slot, both pin and tube passing through a hole in the support or bracket and through holes in the panels located either side of the support. The pin and tube, of which there may be two, is surrounded by a further protective tube.
