Seat adjustments.-An adjustable reclining chair comprises a base e supporting arm-rests d, between which is mounted a back f having a pin- and-slot engagement i, j with the base and engaging a cross-bar g of the framing by means of notches h. A flexible seat, which may be a thin cushion, is supported at one end by the back and at the other by a fixed cross-bar a. In a modification, the positions of the sliding engagement and the notches may be reversed.
