Abstract

1,007,108. Concrete mixers. STOTHERT & PITT Ltd. Sept. 22, 1964, No. 38580/64. Addition to 977,629. Heading B1C. In the pan-type mixer of the parent Specification the feed shoot is modified by the provision of a single central inlet 22, and a plurality (as shown two) of outlets 23 ; the shoot may be supported by brackets 21 on the hub 8. In a further modification (see Figs. 3 and 4, not shown), the inner and outer walls of the shoot may be conical providing an annular outlet round the pan, the two walls being connected by inverted-U-shaped stiffeners which also serve to cover and protect the spider arms.
