Abstract

A rendering guide has a channel shaped body with a flat inner wall-engaging panel (42) having a pair of outwardly extending side panels (43, 44) which extend outwardly at an angle of about 135° relative to a front face of the wall-engaging panel. A number of plaster keying flaps 46 are pressed out of the material on each side panel. The guide may further comprise two overlapping parts (63, 64), each part having an inner panel (65, 66) and one of said outwardly extending side panels (43, 44), the inner panels overlapping in use to form the inner wall-engaging panel (62), complementary interengagable formations (67, 68) being provided on the inner panels such that interengagement of the inner panels maintains the outer side edges (47) of the side panels in substantially parallel alignment.
