Abstract

An umbrella incorporates a number of heaters (5), the umbrella having a canopy (2) and support means (6) from which the heater may be supported below the canopy in the region of a periphery of the canopy. The arrangement is such that the umbrella can be closed whilst allowing the heater to be accommodated within the canopy when the umbrella is in its closed condition. <IMAGE>
