The subject of this addition is an embodiment in accordance with the main patent in which the bottom of the apparatus consists of a succession of several vibrating grids, integral with each other, arranged at different levels, each grid being placed at a level lower than the grid that precedes, the suction can be under a part or under the entire grid.

This arrangement makes it possible to improve the spinning of the material introduced into the apparatus.

The attached figure is a schematic view, in axial section, of such a wiper with four vibrating grids offset in height.

The product to be dewatered, for example sand is introduced at one end of the wiper on a first vibrating grid A by the chute 4 according to the arrow.

This first grid A, the highest, is used to perform a first spin without suction.

When the sand cake arrives at 23 at the end of the grid A, it falls on the second vibrating grid B, under which a suction is produced via the hopper 11.

Upon arrival at the end 46 of the grid B, the sand falls on a third vibrating grid C where its spin continues without suction.

At the end 47 of the grid C, the sand cake falls on the last vibrating grid D under which a suction is produced via the hopper 11 '.

The sand discharged at the end 48 of the grid D is remarkably wrung out, for example at a moisture content of less than 9%.

The sealed connection between the vibrating grilles B and D and their vacuum hoppers 11 and 11 'can be ensured by means of hydraulic seals conforming to the provision of the first certificate of addition to the main patent.
