Abstract

Procédé d’assemblage d’un bloc (1) de batteries d’accumulateurs électriques, comprenant les étapes suivantes : on fournit un casier (3) définissant une pluralité de logements (5) ouverts ;on fournit au moins un ensemble de cellules (13) comprenant une pluralité de cellules électrochimiques (15) et une pluralité d’intercalaires (17) séparant les cellules électrochimiques (15) les unes des autres ;on insère ledit au moins un ensemble de cellules (13) à l’intérieur de l’un desdits logements (5); caractérisé en ce que l’on fournit des intercalaires (17) compressibles, et en ce qu’on comprime ledit au moins un ensemble de cellules (13) pour pouvoir insérer l’au moins un ensemble (13) comprimé à l’intérieur de l’un desdits logements (5), de sorte que ledit au moins un ensemble (13) comprimé demeure comprimé.
