Abstract

Une deuxième puissance de consigne de régulation de fréquence corrigée par une augmentation d’une ampleur correspondant à la valeur corrective est fournie aux contrôleurs locaux du système pilotable avec stockage d’énergie. La somme des puissances de consigne de régulation de fréquence corrigées est sensiblement égale à la somme des puissances de consigne prévues hors contribution à un service de régulation de fréquence. La valeur corrective est déterminée sur la base d’une erreur de puissance de réglage.
