Abstract
Il est proposé un procédé de commande d’une centrale électrique virtuelle ainsi qu’un programme informatique et un dispositif de commande correspondants. Une première puissance de consigne de régulation de fréquence corrigée par un abaissement d’une ampleur correspondant à une valeur corrective est fournie aux contrôleurs locaux de sources renouvelables. Une deuxième puissance de consigne de régulation de fréquence corrigée par une augmentation d’une ampleur correspondant à la valeur corrective est fournie aux contrôleurs locaux du système pilotable avec stockage d’énergie. La somme des puissances de consigne de régulation de fréquence corrigées est sensiblement égale à la somme des puissances de consigne prévues hors contribution à un service de régulation de fréquence. La valeur corrective est déterminée sur la base d’une erreur de puissance de réglage.
