Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’une pièce en matériau composite pour véhicule automobile et pièce de matériau textile pour mettre en œuvre ledit procédé de fabrication. L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce en matériau composite pour véhicule automobile.Selon l’invention, le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes visant à :- collecter (étape E1) un ensemble de chutes de textiles issues d’une fin de cycle d’utilisation d’un matériau textile,- mettre en forme (étape E2) ledit ensemble de chutes de textiles collectées,- rigidifier (étape E3) ledit ensemble de chutes de textiles mises en forme.L’invention concerne également une pièce de matériau textile pour la mise en œuvre dudit procédé de fabrication, comportant selon l’invention un ensemble de fils thermofusibles. The invention also relates to a part of textile material for the implementation of said manufacturing process, comprising according to the invention a set of hot-melt threads. Figure 1
