Abstract

La sonde 1 comporte un unique transducteur MUT, CPMUT ou PMUT, porté par le boitier, à pivotement autour d’un axe de battement de direction bas-haut, de sorte à pouvoir être déplacé dans le plan de coupe-balayage, ledit transducteur MUT étant écarté à l’arrière de la face intérieure de la fenêtre acoustique de sorte à ne pas interférer avec elle, le boitier comportant un compartiment humide empli d’un liquide de couplage acoustique, dans lequel se trouve le transducteur MUT, des moyens moteur / d’entraînement logés dans le boitier étant aptes à assujettir le transducteur MUT à un balayage mécanique oscillant dans le plan de coupe-balayage, sur une course de balayage.
