Abstract
L’invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’un élément intercalaire (8) pour échangeur de chaleur à plaques et ailettes, comprenant les étapes successives : a) obtention d’une structure ondulée (8) par déformation d’une tôle, ladite structure ondulée (8) comprenant une série d’ailettes (83) reliées les unes aux autres alternativement par des sommets (81) et des bases d’onde (82), au moins deux ailettes (83) consécutives reliées à un même sommet (81) ou base d’onde (82) étant inclinées chacune d’un angle d’une première valeur supérieure à 100° par rapport audit sommet d’onde (81) ou par rapport à ladite base d’onde (82), b) réalisation d’une texturation de surface sur au moins une partie de la surface de la structure ondulée (8) obtenue à l’étape a), et c) déformation de la structure ondulée (8) de manière à réduire l’angle d’inclinaison de chacune desdites ailettes (83) à une deuxième valeur inférieure à ladite première valeur.
