Système propulsif hybride (2) comprenant : - un turbomoteur (3) comprenant un corps haute pression (4) et un corps basse pression (5), le corps basse pression (5) comprenant un réducteur (11) disposé axialement à une extrémité arrière (12) ; - une boite d’accessoires (13) disposée axialement à une extrémité avant (14) ; - des première et seconde machines électriques (15, 16) reliées mécaniquement et respectivement aux corps haute pression et basse pression (4, 5), les machines électriques (15, 16) étant configurées pour fonctionner dans des modes dits moteur et générateur, les première et seconde machines électriques (15, 16) étant directement et respectivement fixées sur la boite d’accessoires (13) et sur le réducteur (11) ; - un système de commande (17) qui est configuré pour permettre un transfert de puissance entre les corps haute pression et basse pression (4, 5) via les première et seconde machines électriques (15, 16).
