Abstract

PROCEDE DE PREPARATION D'HYDRATE D'HYDRAZINE UTILISANT DES REACTEURS EN CASCADE L’invention porte sur un procédé de préparation d’hydrate d’hydrazine en continu, comprenant une étape de réaction d’ammoniac, de peroxyde d’hydrogène et d’une cétone de formule R1R2CO, les groupes R1 et R2 désignant indépendamment l’un de l’autre un groupe méthyle, éthyle, propyle, butyle, pentyle, hexyle, heptyle et octyle, en présence d’une solution aqueuse comprenant au moins un activateur pour former une azine,la réaction étant est réalisée dans au moins 2 réacteurs disposés en cascade,l’agitation du premier réacteur étant inférieure à l’agitation du ou de chacun des réacteurs suivants,les réactifs étant injectés au niveau du premier réacteur, la solution aqueuse comprenant au moins un activateur et comprenant de l’ammoniac solubilisé en une proportion comprise entre de 50% à 100% par rapport à la saturation de l’ammoniac dans de l’eau pure à la température de la solution aqueuse.
