L’invention permet de répondre à ces inconvénients en alliant réactivité, mobilité et efficacité. Cet équipement se compose de deux parties principales indissociables désignées :

-Dévidoir
Cet ensemble étant équipé d’un tuyaux semi rigide permettant de dérouler le tuyau à mesure de la progression du porteur tout en ayant une action d’extinction ou d’arrosage permanente.
Le porteur n’étant plus soumis à l’effort de traction d’un tuyau sur dévidoir fixe ou statique. La courbe de l’effort étant inverse car au plus la longueur devient importante au plus le dévidoir se déroule et l’ensemble de vient plus léger.
Ce même porteur pouvant également se brancher sur des établissements ou prises d’eau déjà en place et à différentes longueurs
Cette invention est donc munie de parties fixes et mobiles. Le porteur en action de déplacement va entrainer le déroulement du tuyau du dévidoir et celui-ci branché par son extrémité à la prise d’eau. A l’autre bout de ce tuyau est installé une lance permettant la manœuvre d’arrosage ou extinction. Une poignée montée latéralement sur le dévidoir permet de réengager le tuyau sur le dévidoir afin de reconditionner puis de changer de prise d’eau et continuer sa progression. Les raccords montés aux extrémités peuvent être de toutes natures permettant leur raccordement à la prise d’eau d’usage. Cet ensemble est fixé sur un système de portage dorsal désigné :
