Abstract
L’invention concerne un système de stérilisation (10) d’un objet par faisceaux d’électrons comprenant un tunnel de stérilisation (100) qui s’étend longitudinalement entre une entrée (101) et une sortie (102) qui sont ouvertes, le tunnel de stérilisation (100) comportant : - au moins deux accélérateurs de particules (104) orientés vers une zone d’irradiation (103), - un premier convoyeur interne (108) configuré pour acheminer un objet depuis l’entrée (101) du tunnel de stérilisation (100) vers la zone d’irradiation (103), - un second convoyeur interne (109) configuré pour acheminer un objet stérilisé depuis la zone d’irradiation (103) vers la sortie (102) du tunnel de stérilisation (100), Selon l’invention, le système comporte deux carrousels (200, 201) disposés respectivement à l’entrée (101) et à la sortie (102) du tunnel de stérilisation (100), d’une part, chaque un carrousel (200, 201) est équipé de deux compartiments (207) blindés disposés dos à dos, et d’autre part, chaque carrousel (200, 201) est monté rotatif au sein d’un habitacle (202, 203) blindé autour d’un axe de rotation A-A et configuré pour être animé d’un mouvement en aller et retour. L’invention concerne également un procédé de stérilisation.
