Abstract

L’invention porte sur une boîte d’emballage, comprenant : -une découpe à plat (100) formant carcasse -une découpe à plat (200) formant doublure de carcasse caractérisée en ce que :-les rabat droit (22) et rabat gauche (23) comprennent chacun des arêtes latérales (241, 251) comportant chacune :- une partie proximale (242P,252P), de largeur choisie (LP2) inférieure à la largeur (L2) des panneaux avant et arrière de doublure (14,15) ; et-une partie distale (243D,253D) de largeur choisie (LD2) égale à la largeur (L2) des panneaux avant et arrière de doublure (14,15), formant un onglet (L) de taille et de forme choisie sur chaque partie distale (243D,253D) de chaque arête latérale (241,251) desdits rabat avant (23) et rabat arrière (23); et en ce qu’en configuration tridimensionnelle :-la pièce semi finie à plat est redressée de telle sorte que le rabat droit (23) est replié et plaqué sur la paroi interne du panneau droit de la carcasse (3) tandis que le rabat gauche (22) est replié et plaqué sur la paroi interne du panneau gauche de la carcasse (2), lesdits retraits (E) formant chacun une encoche de clipsage avec les parois interne du panneau droit et gauche de la carcasse (2, 3), configurée pour recevoir l’onglet (L) formé par les arêtes latérales (241,251) des rabat avant (25) et rabat arrière (24) permettant de verrouiller la boîte d’emballage en position tridimensionnelle.
