Abstract

Soluble core for manufacturing hollow parts. The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a soluble core comprising the following steps: mixing (E1) three powders at a temperature between 315°C and 325°C, the mixture comprising: a sodium nitrate powder ( NaNO3) for a mass content of 13.3%; a zirconium silicate powder (SiO4Zr) with a mass content of 33.3%; anda potassium nitrate powder (KNO3) for a mass content of 53.4%, the mass contents being given in relation to the total weight of the composition; gravity casting (E2) of the mixture obtained in a mold with the desired geometry for the soluble core, the mold being heated to a temperature between 100°C and 200°C; cooling (E3) the core in the mold for a period of 1 to 3 minutes; then demolding (E4) of the core.
