Ensemble (1) comportant un élément chauffant (2) et un dispositif (3) de refroidissement de l’élément chauffant (2), le dispositif (3) de refroidissement comportant : - une enceinte (4) rigide fermée hermétiquement et dans laquelle est logé l’élément chauffant (2) ; - un fluide (12) à changement de phase qui est contenu dans l’enceinte (4) et présente une température d’évaporation déterminée, le fluide (12) à changement de phase occupant un volume minimal lorsqu’il est en phase liquide dans sa totalité et un volume maximal lorsqu’il est au moins en partie en phase vapeur ; - au moins une poche souple (13) à volume variable disposée à l’intérieur de l’enceinte (4) rigide, et raccordée à l’air extérieur par un orifice (17) traversant de l’enceinte, le volume de ladite poche souple (13) variant entre un volume minimal lorsque le fluide (12) à changement de phase occupe un volume maximal et un volume maximal lorsque le fluide (12) à changement de phase occupe un volume minimal.
