Dispositif et procédé d’élevage de mollusques L'invention a pour objet un dispositif d’élevage de mollusques comprenant : des contenants de mollusques (14) orientés selon une direction transversale,des premier et deuxième ballasts longitudinaux (16, 18), orientés selon une direction longitudinale perpendiculaire à la direction transversale, configurés pour occuper chacun une position immergée et une position flottante et positionnés au-dessous des contenants (14), le premier ballast longitudinal (16) étant positionné au niveau des premières extrémités (14.1) des contenants (14), le deuxième ballast longitudinal (18) étant positionné au niveau des deuxièmes extrémités (14.2) des contenants (14),un flotteur longitudinal (20) orienté selon la direction longitudinale et positionné au-dessus des contenants (14),un système de pilotage configuré pour contrôler la position immergée ou flottante des premier et deuxième ballasts longitudinaux (16, 18), indépendamment l’un de l’autre.
