Abstract

L’invention concerne un procédé (100) de détection d’incident dans un véhicule de transport en commun, en particulier dans un véhicule ferroviaire, comprenant au moins une itération d’une phase (102), dite de détection, comprenant au moins les étapes suivantes : captation (104) dans ledit véhicule de transport en commun, et en particulier dans une zone passager dudit véhicule de transport en commun, d’au moins un flux audio, dit premier flux audio, par au moins un dispositif, dit portable, ledit dispositif comprenant au moins un moyen de captation audio et étant prévu pour être porté par une personne évoluant au sein dudit véhicule de transport en commun, transmission (106) dudit au moins un premier flux audio capté à au moins un dispositif, dit d’analyse, distinct dudit au moins un dispositif portable et comprenant au moins une unité de calcul intelligente, et analyse (108), par ladite au moins une unité de calcul intelligente, dudit au moins un premier flux audio pour détecter un incident. Elle concerne également un système de détection d’incident pour la mise en œuvre d’un procédé selon l’invention ainsi qu’un véhicule de transport en commun équipé d’un tel système de détection d’incident.
