L’invention concerne un dispositif hybride marémoteur, houlomoteur, générateur d'énergie électrique, nommé « SCHEMER » (pour Système de Captage Hybride de l’Energie de le Mer), réunissant dans une même structure : une digue ou un barrage (2), un système houlomoteur et un système marémoteur, leur permettant de fonctionner simultanément, indépendamment ou en complémentarité pour un captage plus efficace de l'énergie marine.
