L’invention concerne un flan pour l’emballage d’une portion alimentaire (3) comprenant des lignes de pliage (1a, 1b, 1c) définissant un panneau inférieur (5) et deux volets latéraux (6) présentant chacun un panneau latéral (7) et un segment supérieur (8), lesdits segments étant agencés pour former ensemble une paroi supérieure en étant équipés chacun d’une languette d’ouverture (9) présentant une base (9a) agencées pour être associées l’une sur l’autre de façon pelable par tirage sur les languettes d’ouverture (9), chaque volet (8) présentant deux lignes de déchirure (10) qui s’étendent chacune, depuis un bord de la base (9a) de la languette (9), le long du segment de panneau supérieur (8) et du panneau latéral (7), le panneau inférieur (5) étant dépourvu de déchirure.
