Titre : Dispositif de régulation thermique pour un composant électrique ou électronique. Dispositif de régulation thermique (2) d’un composant électrique ou électronique (30) dont la température doit être régulée, le dispositif de régulation thermique (2) comportant un boîtier (5) configuré pour loger au moins le composant électrique ou électronique (30) et un dispositif de condensation (8) comprenant au moins deux plaques (801,802) rendues solidaires l’une de l’autre, au moins une desdites plaques (801,802) comprenant une déformation délimitant une zone de circulation d’un fluide réfrigérant (7) entre lesdites plaques, le dispositif de condensation (8) présentant un profil configuré pour former une zone de décrochage (811) d’un condensat de fluide diélectrique, la zone de décrochage (811) étant distincte de ladite déformation.
