Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d’une couche de PEDOT-PSS (110) sur un substrat (140) en polysiloxane comprenant les étapes successives suivantes : i) hydrolyser le substrat (140) en polysiloxane de manière à avoir des groupements OH pendants, ii) fonctionnaliser le substrat (140) hydrolysé avec une couche moléculaire (150) formée de silyl ou de silane comprenant un groupement phosphonate POO-, carboxylique COOH, ou sulfo S(O)2OH, moyennant quoi on obtient un substrat en polysiloxane fonctionnalisé par une couche moléculaire (150), iii) déposer une couche de PEDOT-PSS (110) sur la couche moléculaire (150).
