Abstract

Il est proposé un procédé de détection de dépôts immuns glomérulaires rénaux de type organisé sur une biopsie rénale, comprenant : l’acquisition d’une image spectrale de la biopsie rénale par microspectroscopie Raman polarisée, l’image spectrale étant formée d’un ensemble de pixels où chaque pixel correspond à un spectre Raman obtenu sur un point correspondant de la biopsie rénale, la sélection, parmi l’ensemble des spectres Raman formant l’image spectrale acquise, d’un sous-ensemble de spectres Raman provenant de glomérules rénaux, la détermination, pour chaque spectre Raman, de la présence ou l’absence de dépôt immun de type organisé, et en fonction du nombre de spectres Raman pour lequel la présence de dépôts immuns de type organisé a été déterminée, détermination de la présence ou l’absence de dépôts immuns de type organisée pour la biopsie rénale considérée.
