Un dispositif (EQ) de réalité virtuelle comprenant au moins un écran d’affichage (AFF) et un capteur d’orientation (CAPT-O) configuré pour fournir en sortie des données d’orientation du dispositif (EQ) au sein d’un environnement réel (ENV), caractérisé en ce que :le dispositif (EQ) comprend en outre au moins un capteur de position (CAPT-L) distinct du capteur d’orientation (CAPT-O), ledit capteur de position (CAPT-L) étant configuré pour communiquer avec au moins une balise de position fixe au sein de l’environnement réel (ENV), de sorte à fournir en sortie des données de position du dispositif (EQ) par rapport à l’environnement réel (ENV),le dispositif (EQ) étant configuré pour afficher, en temps réel, un contenu virtuel associé à l’environnement réel (ENV) via l’écran d’affichage (AFF), ledit contenu virtuel affiché dépendant desdites données d’orientation et desdites données de position.
