Abstract
Dispositif de distribution de produits alimentaires légers et cassants (chips, biscuits apéro,...) en vrac.L’invention concerne un dispositif permettant de distribuer à l’utilisateur un volume donné en vrac de produit léger et cassant alimentaire avec très peu de casse de celui-ci.Il est constitué d’un bac de réception constitué de deux pentes dans lequel les produits contenus dans un contenant se déversent et s’entassent grâce à une trappe coulissante (P4).Une pression de l'utilisateur sur le bouton (P6) de la face avant ou sur un bouton électrique actionne un moteur permettent de mettre en rotation une bielle (P2). La trappe du haut (P4) vient se fermer sous une pente en matériau souple (P3) et lorsque celle-ci est fermée, la trappe du bas (P7) entre en rotation d’ouverture grâce à un système pignon crémaillère (C) permettant de désamorcer un système d’aimant (B). Des ressorts permettent un mouvement retour vers la position initiale.Le dispositif selon l’invention est particulièrement adapté à la distribution de chips en vrac au bol.Device for dispensing light and brittle food products (chips, aperitif biscuits, etc.) in bulk. The top flap (P4) closes under a slope of flexible material (P3) and when this is closed, the bottom flap (P7) enters into opening rotation thanks to a rack and pinion system (C) allowing to defuse a magnet system (B). Springs allow a return movement towards the initial position. The device according to the invention is particularly suitable for the distribution of chips in bulk to the bowl.
Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de distribuer à l’utilisateur un volume donné en vrac de produit léger et cassant alimentaire avec très peu de casse de celui-ci.
Les produits cassants et légers comme les chips ou biscuits apéritifs sont très peu vendus en vrac du fait de leur complexité de dosage faite actuellement en bac à pelle. Ces produits ont tendance à casser en petits morceaux, les rendant moins attractifs pour les clients.
L’invention permet de distribuer et doser des produits tels que des chips en vrac sans les casser. Une poussée sur un bouton (P6) actionne le distributeur en mode manuel en provoquant la translation horizontale de la tige (P2) sur laquelle il est fixé. Cette tige tout d’abord lisse puis dentée agit comme une crémaillère sur un engrenage (C) intégré à une trappe pivotante (P7) aimantée (B). Cette tige est par ailleurs reliée (D) à sur la branche inférieure d’une bielle asymétrique actionnant sur sa branche supérieure la translation horizontale d’une trappe (E). Cette trappe (P5) coulissant entre deux rails se ferme contre une pièce pentue souple (P3) et est rappelée en position ouverte par un ressort de traction. Un moteur rotatif est monté sur l’axe de la bielle (P5) et associé à un bouton électronique sur l’avant de la machine dans le cas de la version automatique.
Dans les deux versions, lors de l’actionnement de la bielle (P5) dans un premier temps la trappe du haut (P4) se ferme pendant que la tige (P2) parcourt sa distance sur la partie lisse laissant la trappe du bas (P7) fermée par aimantation (B) et séquençant ainsi le volume à distribuer. La suite de la poussée permet d’enclencher la rotation de la trappe (P7 et C) vers le bas grâce à la crémaillère et ainsi de délivrer la quantité de produit définie. The invention makes it possible to distribute and dose products such as crisps in bulk without breaking them. Pushing a button (P6) activates the distributor in manual mode by causing the horizontal translation of the rod (P2) on which it is fixed. This first smooth then toothed rod acts like a rack on a gear (C) integrated into a pivoting flap (P7) magnetized (B). This rod is also connected (D) to the lower branch of an asymmetrical connecting rod actuating on its upper branch the horizontal translation of a hatch (E). This hatch (P5) sliding between two rails closes against a flexible sloping piece (P3) and is returned to the open position by a tension spring. A rotary motor is mounted on the connecting rod axis (P5) and associated with an electronic button on the front of the machine in the case of the automatic version.
In both versions, when the rod (P5) is actuated, the top hatch (P4) first closes while the rod (P2) travels its distance on the smooth part leaving the bottom hatch (P7 ) closed by magnetization (B) and thus sequencing the volume to be dispensed. The continuation of the push makes it possible to engage the rotation of the flap (P7 and C) downwards thanks to the rack and thus to deliver the defined quantity of product.
