L’invention concerne un article chaussant comprenant une semelle inférieure (4) qui présente un fond (4a) d’appui au sol bordé par une paroi périphérique (4b) en formant un logement (5) dans lequel est disposée une semelle intermédiaire (8) comprenant une semelle avant (8a) s’étendant simultanément sous des zones avant (3a) et médiane (3b) de l’espace (3) de réception du pied, ainsi qu’un pad amortissant (8b) s’étendant sous une zone de talon (3c) dudit espace de réception, ledit pad étant dissocié de la semelle avant (8a) en présentant une surface supérieure d’appui (13) qui est disposée dans la continuité d’une surface supérieure d’appui (14) de la semelle avant (8a).
