Abstract

Le dispositif comprend un capot de support 16 inférieur, un capot d’appui 14 supérieur, un passage annulaire 38 étant défini entre les capots, au moins un palier 18 disposé entre lesdits capots, et au moins un joint d’étanchéité annulaire 32. Le joint d’étanchéité 32 comprend une portion de fixation 40 solidaire par liaison mécanique à un premier capot parmi le capot de support inférieur 16 et le capot d’appui supérieur 16, et au moins une lèvre d’étanchéité 42 s’étendant en direction du second capot de manière à ce qu’une extrémité libre de ladite lèvre 42 vienne en appui selon une portion de contact glissant avec une surface d’étanchéité 54 dudit second capot. Le second capot est pourvu d’un rebord de protection 60 annulaire en saillie depuis la surface d’étanchéité 54, ledit rebord de protection 60 étant décalé vers le passage annulaire 38 en regard de la portion de contact de l’extrémité libre de la lèvre d’étanchéité 42 avec ladite surface d’étanchéité 54.
